In this workshop students will discover the magical Jin Shin Do® neck and shoulder release. It is this release pattern that is fundamental to a Jin Shin Do® session and is included in the final balancing steps of each session.
Understanding how to use finger pressure on key points is demonstrated as well as practiced on each other.
Breathing techniques accompanied by handouts makes for a very enjoyable and comprehensive class for anyone interested in feeling good.
Can help to ease symptoms such as headache, shoulder and neck tension, sinus, toothache, TMJ (jaw ache), insomnia, general stress, over thinking and worry.
