Jin Shin Do® Australia classes remedial

This more intense therapeutic massage aims to focus on injuries or problem areas. Deep pressure combined with trigger points and stretching helps to release tight muscles and tensions in the fascia.

Assisting with breaking up scar tissue, freeing up any nerves that may have been affected and providing relief for tensions aches and pains. 

Relief may be provided for lower back pain, sciatica, neck and shoulder pain, tension headaches, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel and cramps.
